It is possible that the Traintool website cannot be reached when you are using the Apple Safari browser. In that case, an error message shows: Safari can't open the page.
This error occurs most likely when your Safari browser is not up-to-date. Updating your browser often solves this problem. Follow the steps in this link to update your Safari browser if you have a Mac computer (e.g. Macbook, iMac).
After you have updated your browser, you should be able to contact the Traintool site again. If this is still not working, please contact the Traintool support.
