Restarting the app

When you experience problems with the TrainTool-app, try to shut down the app completely and re-open it. You can do this in the following way:

iOS (iPhone or iPad) Android

 

iOS (iPhone or iPad)

1. Quickly double tap the home button below your screen. The following screen will appear:

 

 

2. Slide the TrainTool screen all the way up until it disappears from the list.

 

3. Go back to the home menu. Then click on the TrainTool-icon to re-open the app!

Android

1. Tap on the button in the bottom right corner of your device.

(Note: With some devices this button is on the left corner.)

 

2. Tap the X button.

 

3. Go back to the home menu. Then click on the TrainTool-icon to re-open the app!
