App

If you're having problems with logging on to the app for Android and iOS, we advise you to check the following things: 

  • Is your phone or tablet connected to the internet? You will usually be able to tell from the icon in the top of your screen. However, it is possible that the icon indicates that there is an internet connection, while that isn't true. So, open your browser and try to open a random website. If this works, you will know for sure that there is internet connection.
  • Do you have the right login credentials? Make sure that there are no spaces in front of or after your e-mail address or password. Passwords are case sensitive.
    Be careful! Some devices change the password without letting you know because of autocorrect. We refer you to the manufacturer of your device.
  • If everything is in order but logging in still doesn't work, try to request a new password. You can do so by clicking on Forgot your password?. Fill in your e-mail address and you will automatically receive an e-mail with a one-time link to change your password. 

 

Computer/laptop

If you're having problems with logging on to the website, we advise you to check the following things: 

  • Are you on the right logging in page? Normally, you should be able to see the logo of the organization where you are training at the top of the screen. For the right address, look in the e-mail with login credentials. It contains a link to the correct login page. 
  • Do you have the right login credentials? Make sure there are no spaces in front of or after your e-mail address or password. Passwords are case sensitive.
  • If everything is in order but logging in still doesn't work, try to request a new password. You can do so by clicking on Forgot your password?. Fill in your e-mail address and you will automatically receive an e-mail with a one-time link to change your password.
