If a colleague has asked you for feedback, you will receive a notification with the feedback request.
A notification will appear on your feedback page as well. It is easily identified by the pink speech bubble. Click on the event to open it.
Watch the recording by clicking on the video.
Then, assess the video by ticking the boxes next to the appraisal criteria that you believe were touched upon by your friend.
If you'd like, you can add extra text to further explain your choices in the text box below.
Click on Save when you're done.
If a colleague wants you to give them feedback, you will receive an e-mail with the request to do so.
In the e-mail, click on Give feedback to view the recording of your colleague and to give feedback on this recording.
You will now be directed to the page shown below. Here, you can read the exercise that your colleague had to follow and the recording of your colleague. To view the recording, scroll down.
By scrolling further down, you will get to the area where you can leave your feedback. It will look similar to the image below. The skill(s) that you need to score, are written from the perspective of the participant (meaning your colleague; the I-perspective).
Once you are done, you can click on the Save button and the feedback will be send. It can be the case that the feedback you sent is also visible to your coach. Should this be the case, you will see a notification after clicking Save.
