Smart Video Role Play has been developed to train communication skills as effectively as possible. Theoretical knowledge always has a supporting role in this; without exercises, no theory or questions. In other words, theory should always be expressed in the specific situation where the trainee reacts to.
If a considerable amount of theory is required, spread it over multiple Role Plays. You can add two multiple choice questions per Role Play to test if the trainee has understood the theory. In this way, you don't confront the trainee with a large quantity of theory, but you break it up in little steps and the trainee will learn when and how the theory should be applied.
