Adding questions on the theory

Smart Video Role Play was developed to train communication skills as effectively as possible. Knowledge always has a supportive role; without exercises, no theory or questions. In other words: knowledge should always come from a concrete situation on which the participant can react.

When you need an extensive amount of theory, the solution is to split it up and spread out the theory over multiple Role Plays. A maximum of two multiple choice questions can be asked per preparation, to check if the participant has understood the theory. In this way, you won't confront the participant with huge amounts of theory in one go, but rather split it up in baby steps. A positive side effect: the participant also learns where and how this newly found knowledge can be applied.
