Resending answers ( synchronisation error )


If somehow your answers couldn't be synchronised to our server, you can try to submit them again. Here's how: 


1. Tap the orange warning icon in the top right corner of the app.



If you don't see the icon:

Open to the menu and go to Help and About


2. Then tap Synchronisation status.


3. Most likely, there are some items waiting to retry. Tap retry to resend your answers.
