There's no audio and/or video

We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your webbrowser while using TrainTool.
TrainTool works best with these browsers.

 

When you encounter a problem with missing audio or video, please follow these steps:

  1. For missing audio: please check that the microphone is not muted. This can be a global setting, so you may need to dive into your computer's configurations.
  2. Is another application (for instance Skype) using your webcam? Close the application(s) and try again. You may need to refresh your browser (F5).
  3. Is software for your webcam running? Please close the program and try again. You may need to refresh your browser (F5).


Try to re-configure your webcam and/or microphone. You can do so by clicking the cog wheel icon in the right bottom corner in the webcam exercise. Make sure that you have selected 'Allow' and 'Remember' is checked.



Restart your browser.

Do the exercise in another browser, we suggest Google Chrome.
