We recommend using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox as your webbrowser while using TrainTool.
TrainTool works best with these browsers.
When you encounter a problem with missing audio or video, please follow these steps:
- For missing audio: please check that the microphone is not muted. This can be a global setting, so you may need to dive into your computer's configurations.
- Is another application (for instance Skype) using your webcam? Close the application(s) and try again. You may need to refresh your browser (F5).
- Is software for your webcam running? Please close the program and try again. You may need to refresh your browser (F5).
Try to re-configure your webcam and/or microphone. You can do so by clicking the cog wheel icon in the right bottom corner in the webcam exercise. Make sure that you have selected 'Allow' and 'Remember' is checked.
