It is possible to ask colleagues, family members, acquaintances, etc. for feedback. It does not matter if they train at TrainTool or not. When you make sure the relevant people are in your Friend list, you can show them your recordings and ask them for feedback.
You can only ask for feedback in practice weeks. You cannot ask for feedback for Role Plays in a baseline or final test.
Step 1: Do the exercise
After you have finished the exercise, you will see this screen. If you want to receive feedback on this exercise, click on Get feedback.
You can select friends whom you want to ask for feedback on this screen. It's also possible to add new friends by Edit.
Step 3: if you have selected one or more friends and clicked on Ask for feedback, you have asked them for feedback. You will receive a message when you receive feedback.
Read more about this in the article Finding your friends' feedback.
Step 1: Once you have finished a Role Play, you will see the following screen. If you would like to receive feedback on this exercise, click on Request feedback.
Step 2: You can then select friends whom you want to ask for feedback. Do not forget to click on Ask feedback. You will receive a message once you have received the feedback.
In case you have no one in your friends list yet or you would like to add another person, you are able to do this by clicking Add (more) friend(s). You will be directed to the next screen where you are able to invite a person in two different ways.
- You can add a person who is enrolled in the same program as you are. To do this, you search for the name or email address of the person followed by selecting the right person.
- You are also able to add someone who is not enrolled in the same program. Fill in the name and e-mail address of the person you would like to invite and click on Add.
Once you have added friends, you will then return to the first screen that is pictured at Step 2 and you can send the request for feedback.
